Go to devicedoctor.com. Download and intall the software. Open it and do a scan. It will look for a driver. If it finds one download and install it. Hope this helps you.

Tips for a great answer:
I had the same problem here in New
Zealand. Navman would be recognized using USB.
I tried it with Windows Vista and
Windows XP. In the end, I connected to windows 7, it was immediately
recognized. I had the option to apply a few upgrades which I did.
After the upgrade, it now also works for
windows vista and windows XP
