Look here http://new.singerco.com/products/detail/88 for a manual for your machine. But first look here for how to wind the bobbin on your machine http://www.singerco.com/resources/bobbin_wind.html and then this page for threading the bobbin http://www.singerco.com/resources/operation_basics.html You'll have to pick which type of bobbin you have to view the correct set of pictures for your machine.

Manuel for #1304 bobber thread is to loose, puckering.

Do you mean the Singer 1304 Start? Singer has the manual on their product page: http://www.singerco.com/products/2767/1304-start#type-support . The direct link to the manual is http://www.singerco.com/uploads/download/e280f4dc4898708d9534c5420eb1c9ffe9704c17.pdf .

On this machine, you can check the bobbin tension by removing the bobbin and bobbin case together. Hold onto the thread coming off the bobbin and let the rest dangle. Jerk the thread upwards once or twice. Look at how the thread unwinds. If the thread doesn't move, then the tension is too high. If the thread unwinds more than an inch or two, the tension is too loose. Adjust the tension by tightening or loosening the screw on the side of the bobbin case. See page 13 of the manual (page 30 in the PDF) to make sure that the bobbin is properly positioned in the bobbin case. See page 19 (page 36 of the PDF) for the bobbin thread tension.

I hope this helps.

How to put the black bobbin case in my singer 57817c

When you take the needle plate off, there should be a grey lever on the left. It has to be positioned over the hook and bobbin case. Otherwise, it won't hold still as you sew.

Threading the white 1888 jeans machine & putting bobbin in - book is not much help

Most machines are very much the same to thread, except some very early Singers...try this link and see if there is something similar to suit:

How do i insert black plastic bobbin case back into singer 57817c

Sometimes they have to go in at a very specific angle before they will seat properly. Other times you have to take off the metal cover to get it in there.
Unfortunately all the manuals are at a cost online, so I can't take a look to advise from the instructions.

How do I thread the bobbin, and replace the bobbin ready for use? Also I need a manuel.

All manual's are readily available online. The bobbin threader is on the top of the machine. And you will insert the bobbin below the presser foot.

Singer Futura II - Model 920 Sewing bottom thread is very loose, top thread perfect. Lost manuel in move. Dianne

This happens when we forget to have the presser foot raised when threading.

What looks like the fault of the bobbin is actually the top thread not forming a tight stitch with the bobbin thread.

When the machine is threaded with the foot down, the tension control is closed and the thread cannot enter the control as it should. When you begin to sew, the tension control cannot do it's job.

If the machine is already threaded, lift the presser foot and pull about 10" of thread from the needle, or re-thread the machine with the presser foot up.

Bobbin Thread won't come through

Thread the machine and the bobbin. Turn the handwheel towards you with your right hand and hold the the top thread in your left hand pulling slightly to the back of the machine. When the needle goes into the needle plate keep turning the handwheel untill the needle picks up the bottom thread and by pulling the top thread you shold be able to pull the botoom thread through the needle plate.

Practise makes perfect.
