You need no software nor your computer recognizes it, it has a slot for a micro SD card, so you can use that way to 'load' music into it. Hope it helps.

My computer doew not recognise the usb connection with the camera. I don't have a driver disc. What can i do?

Does your camera possibly come with an SD memory card (blue, with gold contacts)? If so, many computers have slots that you can put these cards in. If your computer does, simply insert it and it should be recognised. If there is no slot, try asking family/friends or consider investing in a card reader (office supply store).

Sd Card reader not recognising SDHC cards

When You Insert your SD card into the internal card reader, then the SD card is not recognised by the system and the SD card drive doesn't show there. The problem can be because of driver issue, system issue and device issue.
To fix the problem you need to go at device manager if there is a yelllow sign in SD card controller, the problem is most probably caused by a driver issue. Then you need to update the driver. You can also download the driver for your card reader.
Also, check if your SD Card is broken. You can also check it into different devices port.
If it is detected then you can backup of your data.

If the problem not resolved by any means and you require you SD Card data then I will suggest you read - https://www.stellarinfo.co.in/services/removable-media-recovery.php

You might be running into a problem with the new card being a SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) card and not just a SD (Secure Digital) card. I have had similar problems with SDHC cards when I put then in older products that have regular SD slots (Photosmart Printer). The cards will still fit into the slots, however the method as to which they are read and written to is different which causes the problem. So, maybe try updating computer hardware drivers or mp3 firmware from the Sansa website. Also, if you can, exchange the 4gb SDHC for a 4gb SD card, this could be a pain in the ****, but this solution should fix your problem definately. Hope some of this helped.
