Fagor dishwasher not completing cycle showing f6

The heater or thermostat is faulty and not allowing the dishwasher to complete cycle as water is not getting hot enough. Try to run a cold or short cycle and see if is completed.

see explanation of fault codes in this manual.

Please check fault codes on page 70 in this manual.

F6 would mean the water is not getting heated. I am not sure which model you have but if there is only a cold water inlet connection then either heater or thermostat is faulty. If you have both hot and cold water inlet then you may have to check if hot water is getting in at right temperature. Easiest way to confirm is to run dishwasher in cold cycle (short rinse) and see if it goes through. The heater would get used in warm/ hot wash cycles and drying.

Fagor F1-48W dishwasher won't fill

this must be a water flow problem to machine , id look real carefull at valves under sink or under floor of machine to see that there open and there are no kinks in hose connecting to it , other than that the one only other reason that it would not add water is that it thinks there's water in it already

Hi, my new FAGOR 2LF-013S has no problem fortunately, but i have questions. is it possible i connect the water hose to hot water mains ;if ok; does it lead to power consumption reduction, or any other...

some fagors have a built in water heater (not all) your manual should say so , even so I allways connect my machines to hot supply as yes it's less expensive to use domestic heater for water , the heater inside (if equipped) machine just boosts the temp for cleaner dishes

Sir, I have a Kenmore Dishwasher, model 363.14455690. The dishes when dry still come out slightly wet; most everything still has to be wiped dry. Can I increase the heat some how??

it is a comination of fully fully rinse agent compartment and hot water. the rinse agent helps with the drying and the steam from the hot water is the finisher . check that first .i this helps you then help me by sending me a 4 thumbs up post. thanks!

Why do dishwashers have SO much longer run times today than those of the past? Our new Kenmore ''Ultr-Wash'' has extremely long run-times. How can that possibly be a good thing in terms of saving energy?

The latest models all pride themselves in doing a perfect job, almost silently, using much less water than the older models [thus the energy savings] as the most costly part of a dishwasher wash used to be the cost of the hot water. Your dishwasher only uses about 2 KwH of electricity compared to ten year old models that use 16.

Not good washing

You are either not using enough of the wash chemical or you need a product like Jet Dri...what you are seeing is mineral deposits.  Make sure your water temperature is hot enough.  If not sure, use the cycle which heats the water.

The correct way to start the wash cycle

we have just purchased a Fagor dishwasher also - the instruction manual is worthless.

in regards to the 2 thin tubes, we just inserted them in the gallon jugs that the soap/rinse agents comes in and it works fine. just make sure the clear tube without the label goes in the rinse agent and the labeled tube goes in the soap jug. we did drill a hole in the top cap of the jugs and pushed the line thru and that helped keeping the tubes in the jugs and minimized the mess if the jugs fell over.

in regards to the temperature problem, we found that running it thru a couple of cycles before you start the actual dishes helped get the water temperature up faster. it seems to like to start with normal tap hot water first, so the 1st couple of cycles get the cold water out of the line.
