Question about Audio Players & Recorders
This symptom indicated that you're tack switch (volume down) is already faulty. The common reason is the bad solder joints in that switch or it has no contact at all that's why even when you pressed the switch it will not sense by the processor.
To solve the issue, you may spray the switch with contact cleaner but this is only 50% chance of success, replacing the switch with new one will permanently solve the problem.
