Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
You do not state the model of your printer, but I have had issues where some items will not print if the resolution is too low. In the printer driver you should be able to set the print resolution. Start a print job as usual by selecting print. When the print window opens so that you can select which printer to use, there will be an option on the right hand side called "properties". Look under paper/quality or advanced and you should have the option to change print resolutions.
The other possbility might be that if you are printing from a website, it is only printing the main "frame" or section of the website. See if there is an option on the website for "print" or "download" The print option usually opens a new web page with no frames on it so it will print properly. The download option will allow you to download a copy that you can then open in a word processor or spreadsheet program and print from there.
