Question about Dell Dimension C521 PC Desktop
Have you added any ram recently or anything? i would suggest booting into safe mode press f8 after the bios and try and do a roll back and shut off any un needed programs via run-msconfig-start up. also DISCONNECT ANY USB DEVICES
