Windows handles the printer spooler issue really bad with this your going to need to reboot the computer but before you do that you need to go to run (under windows xp) type msconfig and go to services and shut off printer spooler under win 7 n vista just type msconfig in the search box and shut if off. then on the reboot turn it back on and reboot again.
