Find it where??? in the Operating System??? or in the computer???

In the OS:

If you have Windows press (CTL, SHIFT, ESC) simultaniusly than go to PERFORMANCE tab and look for TOTAL MEMORY

In Linux open terminal than type lshw than scrole to MEMORY section...

In the computer:

Flip the computer up side down and look for a cover with a RAM logo, unscrew the locking screw open the cover... you should see the RAM, if not than it could be underneath the key board of the laptop, flip it up side down then unscrew the screws marked with a key board logo than flip it right side up and remove the key board, you shouls see the RAM...

Good luck!

If you have a "Compute" or "My Computer" icon on your desktop you can simply right click it and then click "Properties". Assuming you are running windows vista or windows 7 it will be listed under the "System" heading as "Installed Memory (RAM)"
Hope this helps!

There are two straightforward ways to figure out how much RAM your computer has installed and available to Windows XP, actually. The first, and probably the easier, is to go to START --> Control Panels and choose System.
Double-click on that and the very next window you'll see will indicate your available RAM, listed under "Computer".
Hope this helps! If it did, feel free to rate me. Thanks for using FixYa.

I am trying to find a video card to upgrade my Dell c610 the card is currently 16Mb. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to advise you, your Dell is a laptop and laptops have a built-in video chip on the motherboard and it cannot be upgraded or changed.
The video card used shared RAM, ie it uses part of the main RAM module/s, You maybe be able to increase the video RAM size in the BIOS, but this will reduce the main memory, so you might want to upgrade the RAM in the DELL.
You only other alternative is to buy a later model laptop.

Can I upgrade ram of my Dell inspiron1545? if yes, to what extent can I?

Yes, you can upgrade RAM of your Dell laptop. When you are upgrading purchase a RAM which is compatible to you laptop (or you may buy the same RAM but the speed are fast). I think 2g to 4g is enough RAM to run to your laptop.

Possible to increase RAM on Dell PR03S?

Hi,
Your best bet on upgrading the RAM in your laptop yourself is to contact a dell representative and ask for advice on this. If i am correct you can buy laptop RAM from any computer hardware shop/website. I hope I helped.

Adding Parts From One Laptop TO Another

Ram is very easy to change of a laptop. It reguires removing the bottom plate with the little chip sign around it. Sometimes the second ram stick is hidden under the keyboard. If so remove the keyboard to get the second stick. Many parts however cannot be changed from one laptop to another. Sorry. Check the ram also make sure it is the same version DDR
