To review or change your programs, Press the mode button until the program mode (PGM) is displayed. Press the Next/On/Off button to scroll through the existing programs. The sequence will start with program 1 on, then program 1 off, continue through all seven On/Off settings, then will repeat. When the display shows --:--, this means no settings has been made. If you wish to change a specific On or OFF time, scroll to that program setting and use the DAY, HOUR+, and M+ buttons, Change the day, Hour, or minute setting as desired. Use the Day button to change the display to --:-- to eliminate an unwanted ON or OFF setting.

Or you can get the full manual on the link below page 3 will tell you how if you do not under stand. You will need to scroll down the link and type in the # code then click on download now to get manual.

Most of these type operations are scams....after all, if it was this easy to get rich, we'd all be driving Lambos and living the high life. The only folks getting rich on these programs are the ones running them. Here is a review of your requested program from a supposedly unbiased reviewer who is not out to try to sell you the system.....

Review ge 15312 settings

Copy following link to identify timer, download manual and link to detailed wiring diagrams.

This timer has too many buttons, and programming steps are seriously layered. I think they were trying add programming options, and to avoid confusion found with other brands dawn-dusk timer programming, by adding confusing options and issuing a manual with tiny print.
Look on page 1 of manual on right side, just above 'random security options' heading: Manual says you can use + - buttons to scroll through programs.
OR: Press set-up button twice and P1 ON will display: Display should also display selected setting.
Press set-up again to see P1 OFF, etc
OR: Press set-up twice, and press Enter once.

Press auto button to exit programming, and current time should display.

F80exr does not display date /time on review or prints

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

My Model # is 27957FE 1-A Dont know how to reset

To set the time and date, start at the base unit. Then press the Flash/Program until Set Day appears on the display. Press the Review or Next button to select the day of the week. Then press Flash/Program again until SetTime appears in the display. Type in the time (hour (two digits) then minute (again two digits)) with the keypad number buttons. Then press Review or Next to select AM/PM. Press Flash/Program to store the information.

Please note that if you have Caller ID, the time and day transmitted with the caller ID information from your phone company will override the day and time you have set.

The manual is available here: . See page 15 for this.

I hope this helps.

0192773 installed a week ago, started but didn't complete timing. (1) today the face is blank, responds to no attempts. (2) lost my insruction sheet.

Utilitec 0192773 instructions appear on link below:

I have tested this timer.
But there is no certain way to know what problem your timer is having.

1) Instructions say to reset timer when you have problem: This is true for most timers.
Simply press reset button for 3-4 seconds.
Screen should display. If not, timer has probably gone bad.
Reset clears all programming, and you need to reprogram timer.

2) If timer worked correctly at one time, then your wiring is good, so wiring is not suspect.

3) When electronic timers malfunction, suspect #1 is line interference.
Buy cheap circuit analyzer from home center and plug into outlet on same circuit breaker.
If line is not clean, then track problem back to light fixture or fan or defective switch, defective outlet. Use process of elimination by disconnecting light fixture, and then outlet, etc.

4) Another suspect is timer programming. If programs overlap or conflict, then timer will not operate as expected. Review timer programs: Press PROG button to scroll through on-off settings. To delete program, hold down RESUME button. Make program schedule before starting, and review programming steps shown on link above.

5) I burned up a 0192773 on purpose by adding 240V to see what would happen. The first time, reset restored timer display. Second time, the timer was bad. I bought another from Lowes and then returned bad timer.

Add a comment for more free help.
Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

I have been trying to program my utilitech timer that controlls my front door lights. I have been able to program monday only. I did the same program for the other days but at dust the light will not come...

1) I am going to guess you have the Utilitec 0192773 in-wall timer that replaces a switch
I say this because you are controlling outdoor lights -and- because you have the dusk-to-dawn feature.

2) Short answer: I think you have selected your days incorrectly when programming timer
To review your programs:
Press PROG button once and program1 ON displays
Press PROG again and program1 OFF displays
Press PROG third time, program2 ON displays >> a fourth time progrom2 OFF displays
And so on..

3) I suggest you write out a schedule of your times
Press PROG button and then press TIME button to see your programming: Review the days carefully, review if you have sunrise-sunset selected for each program. You can change the setting while going by using the +- button.

4) As a general rule, programmable timers do not 'operate as expected' if there is a conflicting program. For example program1 says on at 7 and off at 8, and program2 says the opposite.
Suggested solution is make a chart of your settings before programming.

5) Long answer: write out the manual instructions that seem unclear to you

6) To reset everything and start over, push & hold reset button with a paperclip.

Here I am testing the Utilitec timers for wiring and programming difficulties

MODE is on-off override
MODE is also Automatic or Random

Solution ideas:

-Press MODE key to see if manual override works
-Look at digital face (or take photo of it) and compare with Figs shown in manual to see if there is a match

-Check breaker. Check light bulb. Remove timer and see if load works without it. Check that light switch is turned on if plug is controlled by light switch.

-Review programs: Push PROG key to review programs
-Other timers ignore conflicting schedules ... for example EVENT1 says ON at 7 and OFF at 8, but EVENT2 says opposite, or overlaps, then timer ignores programming

-Reset timer and repeat programming: Press CLOCK, MODE PROG to reset timer
-Make a chart of your EVENT1 on-off times, and EVENT2 on-off times, EVENT3-7 on-off times before programming to make sure there are no conflicts.
