Question about Packard Bell PC Desktops
Well, it is always better to restore your hard drive if you got the CDs, don't waiste time on tools , that only lead to another problems.

Using a button or key combination (e.g. <Fn> + <F1>) enables and disables the WiFi functionality.
Please note that on selected models this functionality requires specific software; this will be pre-installed with the standard Packard Bell software bundle.

what is it doing exactly? Have you checked the cables for breaks?, also make sure that the video card is all the way in the motherboard if its and add one card, if its an onboard video, make sure that you have the video cable tightened securly
