Question about Pentair Minimax NT Heater
According with the service manual, when ERR without any additional number they suggest call Pentair's Technical Service Department at: (800) 831-7133...
The NT heaters will give an ERR message when the thermistor is bad or voltage to the back of the control board drops below 20vac. 9 times out of 10 it is the thermistor or temp sensor. A soot build up would lead me to believe there was an issue with either gas pressure or gas flow.

If you are getting error on the display and no number code, then it's either the board or the tprobe.
Simple way to determine is to turn the black toggle inside the heater to off. Unplug the tprobe from left side of the circuit board, get your finger good and wet, touch the two prongs with your wet finger, at the same time flip the toggle to on, leave your finger while you wait for the heater, look at the display board and see what it says. If the heater blower comes on and reads a temp on the display then you need a new tprobe, if it gives an error code then you need a new circuit board.

Hey Beverley, thanks for your post!
I see that your Electrolux washer is displaying the error code "ERR". Typically a number follows the "ERR" but if no number followed the "ERR" error code then your washer has detected an error. I would perform a reset on your washer which can be done by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes.
If that does not help correct the issue it could be a problem with your control panel or wiring harness. I would recommend seeking out assistance from a professional in order to properly diagnosis and repair your washer. I hope this is helpful to some degree. -Matt
