After completeion of wash and before spin the machine is displating 4E and stopping the process. Water is remaining in the cylinder

This is common on machines that have a faulty water pump. Check the drain hose first to make sure it is not blocked. The water pump drains the machine before it can go to the spin cycle. If you drain the tub by hand and then let it go thru the spin cycle it is likely that your pump is faulty.

MY WASHER WILL NOT GO THRU THE CORRECT CYCLES. THE WATER WILL RUN FOREVER AND NOT GO TO THE NEXT CYCLE.

check your drain hose make sure it is not to far down the drain pipe causing a gravity siphon action.put the unit in a drain cycle to remove the water then pull the hose up some and try again.
if this does not work then you need to replace your pressure switch that determines the amount of water the unit gets

The drain in the freezer is blocked. Just below the cooling coils is a drain, when the defrost heater cycles on the water is suppose to go down the drain and into a pan under the ref.

Front loader whirlpool washing machine won't go thru cycles.

"o" is an unsual code. usually it will have an "f" then a number. it may be that you are having a draining issue. is the unit full or have some water left in it? if so take off the front panel and see if you can remove the sump cover. be ready for water to come out, then remove whatever is blocking the pump and sump area. it most liekly has lint or items in there causing no drain.
