If these are flash pictures, you are experiencing dust particles in the air reflecting the flash back into the camera lens. This is a problem with point and shoot cameras because the flash is so close to the lens.

Dust in camera

What makes you think you have dust in your camera? It is a closed system, so is there is any debris in h=the camera it almost certain was in the camera from the start. It could be anything in the system broke off. Or is causing little particles coming of (from what?) Do you see spots on the screen, or even on the pictures? Or do you see mild in the lens? Please explain what it is you see precise.

Panasonic DMC-ZR1 has foreign object inside lens. Can I open camera and use compressed air to clear this out? Shows on zoom.

The practical answer is that you can't open the camera and use compressed air. The real answer is..."sure....open it up and grab that can of compressed air. Just don't be surprised or upset when you put the camera back together and it no longer works. But the experience will be fun." If the foreign object doesn't actually appear on the pictures, don't worry about it. All lenses have stuff and dust inside. It will move around as time passes.

If these spots are in different places on each picture, then they are actually reflections of dust particles in the air from the flash being so close to the lens. If they are in the same place on each picture, then they are indeed water spots on the lens.

Yes, you can clean. Not as complex as I originally thought.
1) Remove all of the silver screws
2) Separate the silver case (should split in 2)
3) Remove the 3 black screws in the middle
4) remove the center square cover that is over the lens
5) Use a duster spray to clean the lense and mirror
6) Reassemble in reverse order
Not knowing what I was going to get in, the entire process only took about 7-10 minutes.

Are these flash pictures? Are the spots in different places on each picture? If the answer to both questions is yes, the spots are dust particles in the air reflecting the flash back into the lens.

How to clean a panasonic lumix dmc ts1 lens. i get spots when i take pictures

If the spots appear on flash pics only and are in different places on each photo, then the spots are not on your lens. Those are dust particles reflecting the light from your flash. It's a common problem with point-and-shoot cameras.

If the dark spot is not focused, it could be on the sensor. Otherwise, check the lens for any dust particles. If you can't find any dust, take the camera to an authorized service center.
