Question about Hunter (25417) Ceiling Fan
Sounds like you have a lose wire, pull the light housing and check the connections. If all is good, drop the unit, and check the connections in the ceiling. You have a short in the power , and is showing you when the fan is spinning. I would not use light or fan till fixed.
