Question about Computers & Internet
The pitch bend should work. I have the rack version which is MIDI driven, but the M1 has a similar joystick to the W1 I have. I believe you can select whether the pitch bend and/or modulation can be applied to a particular voice. You need to dig through the manual to find how to do that. The mechanical mechanism and pots on the joystick are fairly durable and there are two functions. If neither work, I suspect the pitch bend is turned off for that voice. I would first search for the FACTORY RESET procedure and do that.
Another thing is to drive the M1 via MIDI from another keyboard with pitch bend to test the function... ALSO go the other way and see if the M1 can pitch bend another keyboard that is capable of pitch bend.
