Is that code actually "EE3"?
If so, that is called a Magnetron (1) and (2) failure, but it may not be the magnetron.
It may be any of number of things, form door switches to control board relays to the high voltage parts.
Methodical troubleshooting is needed, and we have the manual for similar models here.
