Unit exhibits NO power output at all - there are some possible reasons for this:

simple blown fuse - easy enough to replace if it isn't soldered to the board.

something more serious - such as short-circuit components including IC regulators, leaky electrolytic capacitors, open circuit resistors, shorted diodes etc.

You can check the fuse on the power board in your unit to see if it is OK. If it is, then it is time to submit the player to an authorised LG service centre for a second opinion and a quote on any repair/replacement parts-board costs involved, if you go this route, you can make a decision to get this fixed by them or not. Up to you - if you still have a warranty, it shouldn't cost you anything.

You never know, it could be something really simple within the PSU that you can't see, but a workshop technician can - and fix quickly at relatively minimal cost (hopefully).

Sure the plug is getting power from wall outlet? If power is there you might want to check out the power supply board first for issues.

Make sure your power outlet and your audio source are ok. If they are then the subwoofer's power supply is probably dead.

Overload light lights and unit beeps. It is not pluged into power and nothing is pluged into the unit.

It sounds like the battery is compatible with the ups.
However, APC has excellent free phone support.
I recommend that you give them a call.
Be ready to give them the model number and serial number for your UPS.
