Try installing the latest Flash version from Adobe. To do this, if you're running Ubuntu you can type the following: $ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree Other distributions have similar methods of installing the Adobe version of Flash player.

My computer has been extremely slow since I had a wipe & reload done a year or so ago..I downloaded Google Chrome with the hope of speeding it up some..right after the download it said Macromedia flash...

no operationg system stated, XP? what?
chorme browers only
or Chrome operatating system? (has both)
Chrome OS is Linux.
to use Chrome OS, join a real Chrome OS , forum is best.
why put Chrome OS here?
this PC is old and all are slow, that is there "THING" back then.
the HDD is slowest, run SSD and its way faster.
this PC can be as as old as 17 years old, has zero value. now.
made from 2000 to 2004

it has processor AMD Sempron 3000+ / 2 GHz
256mb memory.
tiny old hdd.
sounds to me, repeat 1 year ago and avoid linux.
Btw new linux dont run right on old PC, only OLD linux does.
just like W10 will not run on this PC. ever.

When i watch or hear music the site reloads and plays after few secons start to reload again plays few seconds then start to reload again

Start from repairing your Windows registry and fixing your Windows errors that become the cause of many browser and applications errors causing a conflict situation.
* Test your computer for viruses and spyware.
* Run SpeedTest to test whether you have sufficient bandwidth available to smoothly play YouTube videos without causing the site to run slower.
* Disconnect your internet and then reconnect it to know why is YouTube slow and whether it is because of the poor internet at your side.
* Disable ads through some of the browser plug in that will allow you to run fewer background services while you are playing videos online.
* Try to change your flash player version. Although the YouTube has started to stream videos through a new technology there is still a large number of web sites using the flash platform. So it is a nice idea to try to change the flash player version to play videos without crashes and error messages.
* Try to change your browser. One good browser to play YouTube videos is Chrome. If you have not tried that go for it. Also contact your ISP provider if they are limiting your bandwidth at specific durations of the day.
The above solutions will most likely fix and answer your question why is YouTube slow on your computer. However, it is highly recommended you follow all the guidelines especially optimizing your PC Windows for internal registry errors through a top registry cleaner reginout

2. Just ''Refresh" that page to reload that video.

3. YouTube videos takes a long time to buffer on slow connections.
