Question about Computers & Internet
If you can't get the computer booted because of a password during boot up, you will have to reset the CMOS. To do this, remove all sources of power to the computer. Open the computer case up. Locate the small battery on the motherboard. Carefully lift it out of its slot. Wait about 10 minutes, put the battery back in, and power the computer back up. It should have reset everything, including the password.
