Oh No. that doesn't sound very good. Your Wii should not behave like that. You really need to speak with Nintendo, it is very likely that the DVD drive has become faulty. If you have had it for under a year, it is likely it can be repaired free of charge, otherwise it will probably cost you.
Either way Nintendo will be able to let you know of your options before you decide what to do.
Follow Nintendo's online troubleshooting guide, At the end of troubleshooting you will be presented with the best repair or replacement options available to you

The Wii will not read my disc

Situation:

The Wii console will not accept game discs or the discs are ejecting immediately

What To Do:

Press the eject button on the front of the console. The console will not accept any discs if there is already a disc inserted, and it is common to forget that a disc was already inserted.
If the system still won't accept discs, or if the discs are immediately ejected, this indicates a problem with the mechanism that pulls the discs into the system and the Wii will need to be repaired. To begin the repair process, click here.

I accidentally inserted a disc the wrong way in our Wii console and cannot get the disc out now - the eject button won't work, what should I do?

Hi,

Check if you can see a small hole on the media drive or optical drive. Use a paper clip to manually eject the disc.

Hope this can resolve your concern.

Wii won't accept disc. console spits disc out

Try cleaning the disk and make sure your disk drive dosn't have any gunk in it then if that dosn't work try putting the disk in the other way.

Nintendo wii console will not automatically accept disk into drive...and will not eject disk.

Turn the system off first, unplug the cord. Wait about 5 minutes. Then try. if it happens again take pen and stick in the disc drive, press the eject button and it will eject the disc. It might mess the wii up but it is worth it to get your game disc out.

Wii unable to recognize the disc in Disc channel

This drive should fix any reading issues you are having with your games, or issues inserting your games or ejecting them (or lack thereof). This is the entire DVD drive assembly mechanism replacement for your Wii including a new laser. If your discs are not ejecting, or you cannot insert a disc -- or you can insert a disc but it will not load, this is what you need to get your Wii going again!

Disc won't eject from the console

Uhh...thats weird. My options are to turn off the wii and turning it back on to see what happens and if it doesnt read still, then try taking it out. Another way is to keep clicking the eject button till it comes out. Hope that helps.

Our Wii won't accept or eject discs. Everything else is working fine and you can hear it trying to eject. I had to use a pair of tweezers to get a game out the other day! Any ideas on how to fix this?

Your disc is stuck in Wii Console, It needs to eject manually. You might check out Wii Fix Guide, that gives step by step information on Dis-Assembling with screenshots, even a novice can fix the disc eject problem with the help of this DIY Guide. It also gives information on fixing many Wii Related Problems, so its a kind of Wii Problems Reference Fix Guide
