Can I record from a PC onto a panasonic dvd recorder?

Your Panasonic DVD player has no recording feature so you cannot record on a disc using this player

Most Combo Recorders (VHS and DVD) will prevent you from
recording a Copyrighted VHS tape program onto DVD.
Try recording a TV program onto your VHS tape, then
transfer it to your DVD and see if your new DVD recording
will work or not.

Yes you can. On the record menu select DVD to HDD.

I contacted Panasonic direct by phone & they were extremly helpful.

I have to agree with XELIAM regarding finishing the disk, under the DVD "FUNCTIONS" selection from the remote. I also use the SLYSOFT products to transfer my videos to what ever other mode of video I wish to have, whether iPOD (MP4), or DIVX (AVI) or loads of other options. Slysoft makes a GREAT product

You may want to go to Panasonic.com under support section and see if there is a firmware update for your player you burnit on a PC then put it in your DVD, Instructions are there if theres an update, some players need an update to play anything faster than 1x-4x if you have 16x media it may not work

Must be a trick question... it has a recordable drive.

Your DVD recorder doesn't record DVD+RW DVDs

Only records:

DVD-RAM/-R/-RW/+R

My Panasonic Recorder DMR-ES10, will not play discs sent to me from the U/K,

make sure the disk is DVD-R(W)
