What does service b mean

The A service and B service is an oil change and a long list of inspections. Unless the service is covered under warranty, or this is a new car and you want some piece of mind, I suggest only getting the oil change. The rest of the "service" consists of someone looking for problems with your car. Here's what's included:

A SERVICE (~ $205.95 + tax) :

- Inspect and record tread depth, and correct tire pressure
- Rotate tires (excludes AMG, Sports Models, SLK, and vehicles with staggered wheels)
- Engine oil change and oil filter replacement
-Includes Mobil 1 synthetic oil
- Lubrication service
- Includes hood hinges, lock cylinders, striker
plates, sun roof tracks and top off all fluids
- Cooling system inspection
- Includes antifreeze protection level, hoses and
clamps
- Brake inspection
- Includes check of pad thickness and condition of
discs, fluids and lines
- Inspect heating and ventilation dust filter, replace if needed. (Replacement additional. Dust filter prices vary by model)
- Function check
- Includes warning lamps, headlights, exterior
lights, seat belts, windshield wiper and washer
- Inspect and lubricate throttle linkage
- Check and clean air filter
- Reset flexible service system counter

B SERVICE (~ $379.95 + tax) :

- Inspect windshield wiper inserts and service windshield washer system (Replacement of wiper inserts additional*).
- Inspect and rotate tires, record tread depth, and correct tire pressure. (Wheel balance additional*).
-excludes AMG, Sports Models, SLK, and vehicles
with staggered wheels

No heat in 2003 buick lesabre but engine overheating

The first thing you need to do is check the cooling system coolant level. If it is low or empty, there is not sufficient coolant to cool the engine or to transfer through the heater core to supply the cabin with heat. Fill it up and check for leaks. Once leaks have been repaired, change the thermostat, engine oil and oil filter. If it is full, you may need to change the coolant due to its age, as well as the thermostat, engine oil and oil filter. The reason for the oil change is due to the thermal breakdown of the oil in overheating conditions. Also inspect the water pump to ensure it is being driven by the belt. You may also have air in the cooling system that is causing all your problems. Generally only happens when the cooling system is improperly filled. Make sure you add the correct mixture of coolant and water. Incorrect ratios will cause you similar problems.Coolant protects the cooling system and the water dissipates the heat.

My dryer is taking way to much time to dry a basic load

The problem is either a blocked lint filter or a restricted vent system if the dryer heats up normally or a faulty cycling thermostat if the dryer heats up erratically. Check and make sure the lint filter is clear. You may need to have a contractor have the vent system checked and cleaned as it is necessary to clean them at least once year or every six months if 4 to 5 loads are done everyday. Restricted vent system impedes the airflow and therefore the disposing of the steam it carries. This consequently results in the longer drying time.

Replace the cycling thermostat if the dryer is heating up erratically or does not heat up sufficiently.

The heater is not keeping the temperature

OK maybe it's not the thermostat. Without a make and model number of your heating system we will be shooting in the dark. If you have a furnace or air handler, check the air filter. Get in front of the heating system and give us details as how it is running, noises, temperature of components, etc... We can isolate the thermostat by jumping the wires going to R and W on the thermostat. If the system chugs away we know that the heating system is fine (with the exception of the air filter) and is not the problem. If it still has a problem getting to temp, then it is a heating system issue. Get back to us with info. Thanks.
