Question about LG KU990 Viewty
Oh dear. 4 hours isn't going to get you far thru the day. With the battery in fair health it should still last you all day with regular use (at least). Due to the nature of rechargeable batteries, the battery life with gradually get lower as time goes on.
As a rule, it should still hold 85% of it's original charge after 1 year.
If you are getting less than this and you have had it less than 1 year, the manufacturer (LG) should replace it under it's warranty (in some countries you may have longer)
Further warranty information, and to submit a warranty claim, Visit the LG support page or refer to the original manual. LG KU990 Support:http://goo.gl/u57P9
Batteries are also available at amazon and eBay (be careful to avoid fakes)
