Go to and install Windows Defender if the software hasn't been removed yet.

If your system can't be restored at the previous point. You will have to reinstall the programs.

You still have some malware on the system that the cleaners you've tried didn't take care of. Try restoring your system to the way it was before the malware got on there. You do this by using Restore Points:

  1. Go to Start and in the Search Box type 'Restore Point' - choose 'Restore system and settings from a restore point'.
  2. Click Next and look for a listed restore point that was created before your computer got infected with Malware. Select that and hit Next.
  3. Let the process finish - a restart is usually required.
  4. After restarting, run your malware scan tool again. If you don't have a good one download "Malwarebytes" which is free. Download here

At log in get error message-User Profile Service service failed can not load user profile

Sounds like you might have deleted a system file or have malware infection. First try using f8 on black screen right after initial start screen but before windows starts to launch. This puts you into safe mode. Now try system tetore and go back to last known good restore point. Hopefully that works.

How to turn hp computer on after shut off in safe mode

You need to run a scan for spyware/malware once it is identified delete it and do a system restore to a point before the message came up. This usually happens from movie site pop-ups don't click on those and don't visit sites have continuous pop-ups. There are enough other site to get any information or movie you need.

You have something like "Antivirus 2010" or Antivirus 360 or similar? Downloaded itself from a malware site?

To get rid of this you need to run a command line scanner and to get this, you need to download it on another computer and save to a USB stick (can you get a loan of someones computer?).

If so
Download this:

Save to the usb
Boot laptop to SAFE MODE

Run DRWEB (it is free and brilliant)
it will find the MAIN file within about an hour, delete it when prompted THEN run the scanner fully
path C:/

Remove the other hidden file (the one that is the trojan)
when prompted.. and any other malware Cr*p it finds

Now delete ALL your system restore points (to kill the copies of the virus)
re-enable system restore and reboot

job done (hopefuilly)

How do I retrieve deleted emails?

If you're using a PC based email program like outlook express, you may be able to go back to a restore point using System Restore and select a date from before the point you deleted them. This doesn't gurarantee they'll be recovered, but it's possible. Otherwise once deleted in most cases they're gone for good. Usually they reside in a deleted folder and you get the opportunity to restore then (move them back to another folder like Inbox), but if you deleted them from the Deleted folder they're permanently gone except as mentioned, possibly restorable from a System Restore. Cick on start, then search and enter System Restore if you don't know how to navigate to System tools in accessories. Try to select a restore point that says System Checkpoint. Those are usally safe restore points (dates in bold only)

The insertion point jumps around when typing text

I suspect that you have Malware. Since you won't be able to run software to remove the malware, I suggest to use System Restore.

Boot your system to Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly). Go to System Restore and choose a date when your system worked OK. Note: with System Restore, everything, including your documents and other files you saved on the hard drive, will roll back to that date.

Hope this resolves your problem.

I have broken.openco after scanning with malware bytes. i have scanned several times with this but keeps comming back how can i get rid of this?

Try to download and install AVAST antivirus Home Edition. It is free. Besides, avast has an option to scan at boot time so it can detect and delete viruses and malwares before they can cling to your system memory. You can download it here.

Dell Computer; Have possible virus listed as high risk in compressed file

That is in a system restore point. I would delete that restore point, but before you do you need to run a virus scan and make sure you get any that are on your system now, then create a new system restore point. If you go to the system restore area in your Help & Support section of the computer you will find the option to delete restore points and create them.

sounds like you have some form of Spyware or Malware that's blocking access to some of the sites your visiting.
Try fownloading and installing Anti-Malware from
Let it do a full scan of your PC. If it finds anything, before you delete the files, make sure you turn off System Restore, otherwise the problem will return over the next few days. Once the files have been successfully removed, restart PC then turn on System Restore and create a new System Restore Point.
