Try using spring onions - much gentler than regular onions - that's what I use.

Try with some garlic mayonaise - very tasty with the more gentle onions.

ox tail normally thawed before cooking

oven baking dish or pot or slow cooker is another option with lots of water and vegies etc

into a frying pan browned all over to seal in flavor and juices

Bosch wall oven (electric) heats up but baking 2 pumpkin pies & 1" cubed sweet potatoes took over 2 hours, crust still doughy and not browned, potatoes cooked but did not brown.


Have you checked your elements? They could be going bad otherwise your oven control board is going bad and needs to be repaired. The Repair Shack offers a service which can fix this issue of the problem is in fact the Conteol Board. Check your elements first and then give them a call, they will be able to save you some money on the element(s). Otherwise they can help you get the control boards repaired.

Often, if Whirlpool oven starts to do things on its own.. the touchpad might be failing or faulty. Keys fail and short, meaning they think they're being pressed when they actually aren't. Do you have the model number of you oven?

WANT T REMOVE BASE OF BROKEN BULB STILL IN SOCKET RANGE


Unplug the oven. Take a potato and cut it in half. Jam it into the socket as far as you can. Now unscrew the broken socket by turning it counter-clockwise. The potato will form to the inside of the socket and twist it out.

Fan stopped I put jacket potatoes on skewers into the oven and the skewer got stuck in the fan causing it to stop


You have probably caused the fan drive to break, so you will most likely need a new fan.

Oven light bulb stuck in socket


You can use a potato (no kidding). Try to press firmly with a potato into the light socket and turn.
