Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
A finisher is a whole seperate piece that sits beside the copier or sometimes it sits partially in the copier. Its used for collating and stapline mostly. There are also other options you can get( hole punch, folding, etc.) If your machine is telling you to connect the finisher and you dont have one i would try restarting the whole machine. Turn the main power of the copier off and let it stay off for about a minute. Turn it back on and see if the message goes away. If that doesnt work let me know and ill look into it further.
