Go to the manufacture web site search for the support/download page and download the drivers for your webcam for the right OS.
Hi, you could try an automated tool for driver detection at this website: http://www.ma-config.com/en/home/
From there, click the Run the Detection button. You should now be able to view what material you have, and maybe download the driver if they have it.
