Repair your motherboard again then have your power supply unit replaced... there may be something wrong with your power supply output voltage..

Or reset motherbord settings to defaults you can reset with 2 methods.
(1)Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all settings defaults.
(2) Find jumper on motherbord named "Clear cmos" It has 1-2-3 pins.Put jumper in 2-3 position and thne power up then again put pin in 1-2 position thne all settings defualts.
Refix RAM memory.Clean dust from all parts.
Open processor and processor fan.

Computer suddenly dies intermittently

Hi..

In this case when it is always beeping during the computer is on. You need to check the memory stick if it is not faulty. Remove the memory stick and clean it from dust. Clean also the memory slot and reinsert the memory stick. If the problem still occur try to use the other memory slot.

Good luck!

Lost MotherBord CD

Find the drivers online from asus's website, just search for your motherboard. Then download and burn the drivers to a cd. Now you have a new driver cd for your motherboard. I hope this helps solve your problem.
