Try connecting directly to the router, typically via 192.168.1.1 in the browser. See the Router manual or Internet service providers manual of the router.
When in the router interface, you can typically see why the router can not connect to your internet service provider.

u need to try 3 things in this case
1) make sure ur service is activated , check 4rm it 4rm ur service provider .
2) need to try ur sim in different handset .
3) try to master reset ur phone ..
then try using internet agian...........
