Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

What version of Windows are you using? Changing the font sizes for one specific application would be difficult, though it is possible to do this for the entire operating system relatively easily. I know everything between Windows XP and Windows 8 allows you to change your DPI settings, which would increase the size of buttons and text system-wide. However, some versions of Windows let you specify your preferred text size in the Accessibility section of the Windows Control Panel.

My text is TOOOO small to read. How do I change it? Thanks, James

Well, it depends on which text. If it's the text in your web browser, just press CTRL and + at the same time. If it's the rest of the text on your computer, you can change your DPI. To do that, right-click on your desktop, and, go to the last option in the context menu. In Windows XP, I believe it's "Preferences" and VIsta/WIndows 7 "Peronalize." If it's XP, click the settings tab, then the advanced button display_properties_xp.jpg
For WIndows 7, follow this link to a guide: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html
Hope this helped

Hello nancyedawley,

The text size can be enlarged by holding down the [Ctrl] key and pressing the [+] key. The text can be made smaller by pressing the [Ctrl] and [-] key combination.

If this solution is helpful please click a thumbs-up rating.

Have a great day,

How do I increase text size

Are you referring to the default text size Vista uses? Then, contrary to windows XP, in Vista you have to separately increase the text size for different instances.
1. Right click on the desktop and select personalize

2. Select Windows Color

3. Select the required item of which text size is to be increased.(for example: Icon, Message Box etc.)

4. Then you can change the text size, font, color, and font weight

My text is really small...how can I change the size of only the text?

I'm assuming you are using Windows. My apologies if not.

Hold down the "Ctrl" key and move the roller on your mouse. It should change the font size on your screen.

You can change size of fonts of your computer with the help of styler. You can download styler from http://www.crystalxp.net/galerie/en.id.551-styler-1-401.html easily and change the size. To change the size you press to the style tab .There are also three tabs: Folder, color and fonts. choose the font tab and increase the size of fonts. Best of luck.
