Question about Washing Machines
Hi.
Check under the bean container cup. There should be a lever. The lever is located under the container at the top. Ensure that it is not set to low. There is also another lever near the service door Pull that lever to minus, that will set the cup to less coffee. The first lever will move to higher speed settings. That setting regulates the grinding speed. Check both levers to regulate speed and quantity, see the diagram below for the location of the two levers:
