You might find that the small channel at the back of the condenser is blocked with lint, preventing the water from reaching the pump. Remove the condenser, take off the pump unit at back, it just snaps off. fill the pump reservoir and tilt the machine forward to verify if the channel is blocked, the water wont run out if it is, if needed just unblock the channel. If it isn't blocked then it might be your pump is not working or blocked.

All the ink tanks should be red with no flashing.
The tanks that are flashing or have no red light on , need to be replaced.

Empty water light flashing on hotpoint ctd40 dryer even with no water in it can you help

this could be just a sticky switch staying stuck on, telling the dryer it has a full tank try soaking the switch in switch cleaner or wd40 may work

Water empty light wont go out

the black wire that was moving water from down condenser to up - water container - remove it. Use cotton swabs to "clean" the holes, do a run of the dryer without that black wire connected ( carefull, cause some wated might spill at this point), reattach black wire, and enjoy :)

It worked for me anyway. ( fingers crossed, its been on for 20 mins and still no red lights flashing)
