Question about Mad Dog Multimedia USB 2.0 External Drive Case
Make sure you're using two cables, one for data and one for power. That means you need two USB ports to run this device (or one USB port and one 5 VDC power supply with suitable plug).

Tips for a great answer:
You can find the Control Panel by clicking on the "Start" menu and selecting "Control Panel."
Click on the icon that reads "Hardware and Sound." Then, select the tab that reads "Bluetooth Devices."
Click on the "Add" button. This will put your computer in "Search Mode."
This means that it will search for any compatible Bluetooth devices in the area.
Put your Bluetooth device in "Discovery Mode."
This can be done by pressing and holding the button on the side of the device.
This will cause the device to send out a signal that will be received by the laptop computer.
Select your device from the list of found devices on your laptop.
Once this is done, your laptop and Bluetooth device will be permanently connected as long as they are both turned on.
hope this helps
