You need to determine if its agp or pci express. Then you can go online to a site such as newegg.com and look up video cards.

Easiest way is to insert micro sd card into your phone, copy all pictures to it, remove it and put micro SD card in your computer. If your computer doesn't have micro SD card slot you can buy an adapter that plugs into USB.

A generic question about a video card - I currently have a nvidia fx5200 (I think that's it) 256MB memory on the card and I installed a fan cooler for it. I just bought a 20" lcd Monitor, but when...

Viewing movies on a computer is not really just based on how big is the video card RAM. Try watching a high resolution movie or from an original DVD. It should not pixillate as long as the file is supported and the your monitor can project clearly 256RAM is sufficient.
But if your a gamer and want a higher resolution, that is the only time you'll need not just the RAM but also the speed. If your looking for an upgrade and your not doing multitasking on you computer you should settle on 256 to 512MB but with a faster RAM DDR5.

How do I download videos onto my psp

You can follow these steps in doing the video upload to your PSP.

1-Connect the computer and the PSP together, making sure that the PSP is switched off to begin with, and switch the PSP on once the connection is made.
2-With the PSP go into the SETTINGS menu, and press X, which should link the PSP to the computer. If you then go into MY COMPUTER on the computer, you should see an extra volume has been attached. This is the PSP/Playstation Portable.
3-Open the PSP memory card and then open the folder called PSP. With this open you need to create another folder inside that one, this one called "MP_ROOT" and then another one called "100mnv01"
4-Save the movies you want to watch in the folder "100mnv01" and then you are ready to rock! The movies can be started by clicking on the saved image inside the memory card. One thing to note though is that the movies need to be in MP4 format (Google it), and if you want to convert your existing DVDs etc to this format you may want to get some specialized software.

Can I download movies on my acer mini notebook watch with no wifi

without wifi your going to need some sort of internet access to download anything, check the sides for an Ethernet port, plug it in, do your business.
after you have it downloaded however, you dont need any internet at all to actually watch a movie. unless its streaming =)
hope that helps.

As long as you have a 3gp converter on your computer, your phone can watch the videos. What you need is an SD card to put the videos on your phone. After formatting the card using your phone, put the card in your computer, and drag+drop the video files into the "My_Flix" folder. Re-insert the card in the phone and find the movie in My Flix.

Mental problem/insufficiant tec knowledge

Video cards are definitely more for people who are into multimedia and video gaming.

The main reason to upgrade your video card is to take the graphical work that the computer does away from your main processor so it can do other things. Video cards are made up of two things, a processor and memory. So say you are watching a movie on your computer, and you dont have a seperate video card processor or video memory on your motherboard. When you play that movie, all the multimedia information must be processed through your processor and the data must be stored in your memory (RAM). This takes away from other things that your computer could be doing for you while you watch your movie. So by having this extra video card, you are able to run your multimedia information (such as games, pictures, or anything else that you see on the screen) much faster while the computer can focus on other things like running your word processor or your web browsing.

A more technical explination and history can be found here...

I hope this helped.

PINNACLE PRO

Probably you need to do this in two stages.

1. Save the movie to your HDD -

www.vdownloader.es is good free software for saving clips, for example, from youtube etc.

2. You need a video card with a TV output to transfer the clip to your TV screen. Maybe your Pinnacle card can do this?

Hope I understood your question correctly.

Cheers
