Question about Timex 40131 Wristwatch
I had the same problem and tried everything. Here was my solution. Use a double-sided 2" rubber mallet. (Below is a photo of a similiar mallet.) The rubber mallet distributes the weight across the diameter of the watch back and it gives you more leverage when you push down on it. It worked great for me! Good luck!
