Its worked in the past but today my Dell A960 Printer scanner is not responding ....any ideas on what might be the problem

You can download the drivers from here.
Make sure the right Operating System (e.g.: windows xp) is selected, and then click on download next to the "Dell - Driver".

You don´t tell us enough about your problem to allow us to help you much (What are you doing? What happens when you try to scan? Is there any message? Can you otherwise use your machine? What OS is your computer running? Which driver/software have you installed?)

I had the same problem and just successfully repaired. Uninstall driver and reinstall. Worked perfectly!! Good Luck!!

Rt cartrige black flashing won't print

Work the lock several times. Make sure there is not more than one lock. Dell web site Tech Support Look in on www.fixyourownprinter.com

the unlocking will refer to docking clamps that lock the scanner into place for transit, liik inside or underneath for a lever or switch to unlock

remove the lock from scanner,switch on scanner and restart you computer. bye
