I don't know this machine, but I know Malber single tub machines well and this problem in the Malber machines is alost always due to a worn out heating element, similar to the heating element in an electric oven or electric stovetop range. If you have had the machine for at least several years, and noticed that the dryer was becoming less effective, then I bet it's the heating element which needs to be replaced.
