Hi , i got a code 13 can get rid of it , cleaned vent

Two things- Clean the sensor rods or replace(cheap and easy with YouTube instruction video) and at the same time replace the mail program chip( also a easy plug in chip). The whole repair takes two hours for a homeowner and costs about 50 bucks for a chip.

Is there a switch that cuts pump off if well is out of water on pump?

They're made and called a low pressure shut off switch. I know square D makes them or at least they did 40 years ago.

Rheem Water Heater and the LED light is flashing 4 times which according to the manual states the the "Vacuum Safety Switch is open and fails to close to sequence, how can i fix this

Rheem does not post service manuals:
Here are resources that can help solve problem:
1) Troubleshoot by type of gas control valve using other water heater manufacturer's service manuals: Service manuals are very large pdf files.

2) Scroll up on same page and on right side is heading 'Pressure Switch' with 2 related pdf files.

I do like to know if this washer is good enough for my business as a used car dealer? Briggs & Stratton Murray 020456 2400 PSI 20 GPM 190cc Briggs Stratton

We power washed houses for years with a 2400psi machine. The machine weighed about 90 pounds. 1 strong man could pick up the weight, but usually it took 2 men to unload it from the trailer.

A small machine can advertise 2400 psi ... but that is for 3 square inches at a time. The heavier machine shoots a 10" or wider swath of 2400psi.

We ran our machine twice a week for years. We had a honda engine. I'm sure the briggs engine is good. I wouldn't buy a used machine... unless the price was low and it started on first pull. Electric starter on your power washer might be a repair-waiting-to-happen because it is constantly exposed to water and dirt.

No water from drilled well, intermittent.

1-If everything has been replaced can you turn water off and check air pressure in the water storage tank. the bladder may be leaking and causing it to work some. A 40 gal tank should have about 28 psi of air in it. Also you can press on valve at top of tank to see if any water comes out will let you know if it's bad. Air should come out at top and no sign of water from valve on tank..

2-When you changed pumps did you replace the check valve in top of pump. Some pumps I have had to pull back up and add a check valve to pump.

Most pumps have a check valve on top with a retaining clip holding it in. And they work sometimes and some have to be removed and add a brass check to pump and connect to water pipe.

Has it ever run? Is cold water going to cold water inlet? Hot out to hot water piping? Power ON? Control pad on? gas pressure correct?

Insufficient Pressure From Pump

Take the strainer at the end of the hose on the tank off. Throughly clean it. I used an old tooth brush, then ran hot water through it several times. Also drained the tank and flushed it out 3-4 times with fresh water, then ran fresh water through the pump for several minutes

Hope this helps

No hot water after installation and powering up

All water valves open? Unit will flow approx 3/4 gallon prior to starting. If flow is good, check the flow switch to see if it is closing. If flow switch is closing and unit still not firing, assuming gas pressure is good; Nat 3.5''w.c., LP 10" w.c., loose wiring at board, ignitor. Sounds like something simple overlooked.
