Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

HP System Software Manager

The HP Remote Support Software Manager is an application installed on HP desktops and laptops, that enables Remote Assistance on the computer for HP personnel access. This Remote Support client allows a technical support representative from HP to see and control your computer to assist you with making changes on the machine. The HP Remote Support Software Manager may be safely uninstalled from the computer. Uninstalling this application will not affect any other functions and features. However, you should create a Restore Point prior to uninstalling any software just in case problems arise with the changes. Create Restore Point in System Restore Click the Windows "Start" button and then right-click on the "Computer" entry. Click "Properties" from the context menu. Click the "System Protection" link in the left navigation pane. Click the tab labeled "System Protection" and then click the "Create" button. The Create button label indicates that this action will create a System Restore Point now. Type a description for the manually created Restore Point and click "Create." The System Restore Point is manually created. Uninstall HP Remote Support Software Manager Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel." Click the "Programs" link in the Control Panel. Click "Programs and Features." The list of installed programs will appear. Locate the HP Remote Support Software Manager in the list and click the entry. Click the "Uninstall" button on the top navigation bar. Type the "Administrator" password, if prompted, and click "Continue." The program is uninstalled from the computer and the entry disappears from the Programs list.

I accidently uninstall pioneer dvd 11rs=how can i reinstall

The only way to get a program back after an uninstall is to use a program like system mechanic unless you have created a restor point. Try downloading a trial restore program. System Mechanic will work if you can download it. I use this program on my PC, it's the best. Hope this helps. Phill

How to uninstall programs?

hello. i am assuming that your operating system is windows.
to uninstall a program go to start>control panel>programs>uninstall programs.
there should be now a list of the software on your computer from which you can uninstall a program or repair it.
Before you attempt to do this i would suggest making a restore point. you can do this by following this link.

Downgrading from IE9 to IE8

1.Close all programs, click Start and click Control Panel.

downgradetoie8fromie9_thumb.png

IE9 uninstall process lasts for minimum 3 minutes and you will be able to access Internet Explorer 8 as usual after restart.

Note:I recommend users to create a restore point before uninstalling IE9 because whenever you want to try IE9 you can get it through system restore option in windows.

OR

1. Click the Start button Picture of the Start button, type Programs and Features in the search box, and then click View installed updates in the left pane.
2. Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.
3. Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.
4. Restart your computer.

OR

You can restore your system 10 days before that will uninstall Version 9

Please let me know if it was of some help..

Thank you.

I can't uninstall the RCA easyrip software

How long has it been since you installed it? If recently try this option (system restore) will take you back to before you installed it. Start/all programs/system tools/system restore. A screen will pop up and should give you a calender of events. You want to check the day before you installed the software and it will restore your computer programs back to that day. (you will not loose file/music etc) only computer programs will be lost that were installed after that day and you will need to resinstall if any. This my take 5-10 minutes depending on your pc. It will tell you its complete but do not disrupt the process once its started.

Ressolving and getrid of antispyware"virus heat.com" and icons in the notification area of task bar

In internet explorer go to the tools menu and then internet options menu. Go to the programs tab and look for internet explorer being the default browser. Click make default. If you want you can take the tick out of the box which says inform you if its not default.

You may also want to go into control panel and choose add/remove programs and find the offending program and remove it. Be careful you dont remove anything else.
