Sounds like you are using discs you have burnt yourself
these discs are thicker than the ones you get in stores and frquently get stuck and dont work in units not built to handle these discs
it is very hard to get out without removing unit and opening it
you might be able to carefully grab or hook disc if it partially ejects but you risk damaging disc or unit you might need to bring it to repair shop
