My Hp deskjet D2600 wont print anymore and i cant cancel the pending task it is only about 4 weeks old.

If printer power swithc blinking after the instalattion cartridges it should be cartridge circuit error.
One solution is
just clean the cartridge circuit use a tissue paper. dont use water.
swithced offf and then on. make it print.
or
check ur data cable. may be thts complaint. try to use another data cable.
or
restart ur computer.

cancel the printing... on control panel double click the printer.... double click the model of your printer to display pending printing process.. then cancel print.

hello, it seems that you many pending printouts or they are in queue, double click the printer icon on the task bar, and then select the file in queue and CANCEL... turn off your printer for about a minute and turn it on, just repeat the process.....

hi, sometimes this results to documents that are pending and didnt finish to print. try to cancel the documents on the print tasks and try to unplug the printer then plug it again to get rid of the light and start printing again. hope this helps

cancel all printing and start all over . Make sure you have the righ printer selected, restart the computer

You need to go to 'Printers' in Windows, and click on the document in the window to highlight it. Then one of the menu items gives you the option of deleting it.
Turning the machine off does not stop it because the print is held in Windows until the printer says 'thanks, done that', and if Windows senses that the print sequence has failed it simply tries again - and this happens, of course, when you turn the printer off and on again. Werry irritating.

my printer did not take the printing job. I wnt to cancel the job but it is not cancell lsat one job is still pending. If acctionally take the print firt two line is printing the rest of the matter is pending and that job is not able to cancel . I have hp diagnostic utility but it is also not working to release the printing que. kindly do needful to solve this problem

Goto start>Run>type services.msc>try to stop and then start print spooler service

the print spooler is not letting it print cancel the pending jobs you will be able to print fine keep on cancelling the documents unless the icon shows 0 document pending ....
