Question about HP ScanJet 2400 Flatbed Scanner
Good Afternoon, Sir
1. My problem is uploaded image & file have widht =1699 & height=2339. Please reduce the width=710 & height upto 890.
2. Resolution is 70 to 75 dpi & preferable size is 300k.
3. Please sir, solve my problem.
Open the image in your picture program. click on the option to resize your image which is generally under the heading image depending upon which program you use.. change the dpi to 300 and the PIXELS width to 710. that will automaticaly give you a height. If the picture is "taller" than you want you will need to crop it to get it under 890. Be sure to keep the ratio the same while you are making the changes. there is usually a little box regarding ratio that should be checked. Good luck.
