Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

You need a manual ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
Good luck,
John C

If your drain hose is draining under the sink its probably coming from there.Pull the hose through as much as you can
and tie it up as high as it will go at the sink waste.this will stop
any waste from your sink flowing down the washing machine drain hose.

This is symbol shows that the child lock has been activated. This can only be turned on/off at the beginning or end of washing programme. To activate/de-activate this, just press and hold the Start/Pause button in for 5 seconds. The time settings will then re-appear and then you can proceed as normal

The manual says that it means there's water in the base pan because the apliance is leaking and you should callCustomer Service.

I cleaned the filter and then put the machine onto its Empty cycle. After that it worked.
