Often times the default code is either 0000, 1234, the last 4 digits of your phone number, or something else like that. If that doesn't work and you have the option to bring the phone into where you bought it, they can probably help you. If that's not an option, you can look here: http://www.mobile-users.net/2009/11/four-finger-hard-reset-for-the-n97-mini/ They talk about two ways to do a hard reset, the simpler of which is to type #*7370# and then send. Both of these are as last resort as they completely reset your phone, so you'd need to make a backup before doing either one.
