I cant remember my password and its the same as my hotmail address password

There should be a button somewhere on the sign-in screen that reads something along the lines of 'forgotten password' or 'cant access your account'. If you have another email address then the one you first set it up with then you can just re-do an account with them using the other email and dont worry about the one from before. If it says that there is already a log in registered to the account it should give you options so that you can reset the origional one and you can go from there
