You need to install a new jack to firmly hold the power adapter plug.

the tip of your charge maybe defective try to move it up and down so that you will the tip of the charger has its problem or the charging port then let the technician repair it

Unfortunately this is a common problem, it can be repaired but unless you are an electronics technician I suggest you take it to the service provider if it's still under warranty. If not there will probably be a small fee. It may not be worth the cost to repair it so you may just want to replace the unit. Good luck

its in the tip of the plug on the charging adapter that plugs in the car..the tip screws off and fuse is inside under tip

First, Check for damage (frays, tears, melting, or cracks in/on the insulation) on the power unit from tip to wall socket. If all looks well then I would check the voltage on the power unit by using a voltmeter. If it's within manufacturer printings on the box, then you might have a possible short.
