a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Corrupt Windows 7 system files.

You have done everything I would have suggested, at this point a clean install of your operational system is the only real option to remedy this situation.

A blue screen pops up when i turn on my computer statint that a problem has been detected and windows has shut down the code on the screen is 0x00000024-(0x00190203, 0x86f70008, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000)

Hi,
This stop error means that your ntfs file system is corrupt (damage in the file system, bad hard drive data, corrupt SCSI or IDE drivers or a corrupt ntfs.sys file).
Try the following:
- Enter to Recovery Console (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307654/en-us)
- Run the command: CHKDSK C: /F
- Restart the computer
If you are unable to load Windows there is a chance that your partition is corrupt beyond repair. In that case, you need to reformat the partition to be able to use it again.
Before this, and if you do not have a backup, you should consult a technician because you can try installing the faulty disk in another PC to try to recover the data.
Good luck!

The computer turns on but it starts to start windows nomal and when you see the windows screen starts again as if time was on for prier

If your system boots up and then restarts again then this may be due to the fact that your windows boot sequence files are corrupted or infected with a virus. What you need to do is boot into safe mode (press F5 while your PC boots up). If the system boots into safe mode fine you will then need to run a full up to date virus scan of your system. If you are unable to boot into Windows then you may need to format and re-install Windows.

Hi I have a dell inspiron 1525 and it always worked fine but now when I go to turn it on the start up repair comes up and runs. Then a window comes up that says "startup repair cannot repair this computer...

The first step would be to: When the black screen with white text comes up with two options: star-up repair and start windows normally, press the down arrow followed by enter to attempt to start windows.
if this works then you are done. If not, press F8 repeatedly as soon as you power on the computer (before the black and white screen comes up). This will give a much larger range of options than the normal two. Select the top-most option, "Repair your computer". This will be a different repair than the norm. It should bring up a window which list many options one of which is system restore. Click this option and follow the prompts attempting to restore the computer to an earlier date. It is likely that this will undo any erroneous changes causing issues. The computer should automatically restart and boot to windows.

I have a toshiba laptop with the windows vista,

Looks like some of the boot-up files or drivers are lost or corrupted. Your best bet is to re-install the OS. If you do it this way, you may not lose any files:
1) Boot from the OS CD-ROM
2) Choose "install OS" from the CDROM menu
3) Choose the "repair installation" option.
4) follow the instruction on the screen.
5) As soon as the computer boots successfully, open a DOS box screen and type "chkdsk c: /r"; answer "yes" to whatever question you are asked. Then close the DOS box screen and restart

Unable to get pas message at bootup

I am sorry to say but seems like your system perhaps the Windows system files got corrupted. Boot your computer up to the Windows CD and run a repair. If this does not do it, you will have to reinstall Windows again.

perhaps your hard drive has a bad sector and some of the files on your windows was already corrupted because of it. try re-installing your windows and if it doesn't work try partitioning it to two partitions then install your windows on the drive D: because your computer has a trouble reading your drive C:. enjoy!
