You'll need choose the operating system you have and the langauage to download. VERY IMPORTANT:

When dowloading, turn off all running programs. The little icons in the lower left corner of the screen? Turn off everything you can including your internet security (virus control). then do your download and SAVE to your desktop. It will be an exe file with an icon on the desktop. Click on this file to install. After installation is complete. immediately turn back on your virus control and anything else you want to. Do you have a lot of little icons there? if so, you may need to clean some of it up. I can help you with that if you are interested. These represent programs that run on a sort of "standby start up" which is not necessary except for your virus control . Let me know if this solves your scanner problem. Thank you for using FIX YA!
