Question about Garden
I would check your air filter and spark plug for the Honda engine. Also you may have water in your fuel tank and carburetor. If there is grass built up on the air filter, replace it. If the spark plug has a black charcoal like substance on it then you will need to clean it. A wire brush will work ok for this. If you do these things and it still won't start then I would empty the fuel tank and drain the contents of the fuel bowl on the carburetor. This is done by loosening a 10 mm bolt on the side of the fuel bowl. Let it drain for a little while and then put some fresh fuel in the fuel tank, after tightening the nut on the side of the carburetor. At this point if the unit will not run correctly I would take it into a Honda Power Equipment repair shop and let them take over. I like to tell my customers, "If it won't start with one or two pulls something is wrong."
